Today we woke up to rain showers. It's cooled down a bit which is very nice. The girls had nail appointments this morning, the wedding dress is being pressed and our friends from Corvallis arrived safely! And they handled the travel rather well! More family arrives tomorrow for the groom and two more sets of American friends arrive tomorrow. There was a bit more energy to the day mostly because it was cooler and there were lots of errands to accomplish. Maggie, the bride remains cool and keeps delegating tasks nicely.
The pics are from our Tuesday afternoon in downtown Auckland and Parnell where the girls lived at one time and Maggie met Steve. We are getting a chance to sight-see a little here and there in between errands. We also hosted a family dinner at the house we've rented. It was a very nice evening to spend with Steve's family again and we look forward to the upcoming days together.
